The OurHubbub online photo book creation software is pretty easy to use on the whole. The major feature they are lacking is an Auto Fill or Story Board feature. You have to add each photo to your book individually. Uploading photos is straightforward and you can upload multiple files at once. A nice feature is the ability to connect directly to your Flickr account and import photos from there.
Service and Support
The OurHubbub site has a useful Help and Tips section with a comprehensive FAQ. It would be nice to have some help features integrated into the software so that you can get information about each function as you use it. Customer Support is offered by email or telephone (7am – 7pm CST).
Conclusion
Overall, OurHubbub is a good service with plenty of features. It is a great choice for books related to kids and scholl activities due to the great selection of pre-defined book templates on these subjects. The main downside is the limited choice of book sizes and covers and the fact that pricing is slightly higher than some other excellent publishers with a similar or better range of features and services. – 7/10
